Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ages ranged between 28: 65 years ASA I and II BMI < 35 kg/m2 Posterior arthrodesis with fusion of one or two levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled hypertension liver or renal impairment congenital or syndromic scoliosis fixation of more than 2 levels Previous spinal surgery coagulopathies patients who received anticoagulant or any drug that may interfere with the study drugs
