Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty adult patients with age between 18 and 55 years of both sexes, physical status ASA I & II classification scheduled for hand or forearm surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with sickle cell anemia, history of drug allergy , Raynaud's disease , scleroderma, myasthenia gravis , documented peripheral vascular disease and peripheral neuropathy.
