Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18 ¿ 60 years of either gender ASA I-II undergoing elective hand and forearm surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with significant neurological, psychiatric, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal or hepatic diseases allergy to study drugs pregnant or lactating women morbid obesity coagulation disorders

The onset of sensory and motor block ;duration of sensory and motor block;VAS score

MeasureTime frame
total consumption of rescue analgesia;patient satisfaction ;any intra or postoperative complications such as pneumothorax, hematoma, nausea, vomiting , respiratory depression , bradycardia or hypotension., sedation
