Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-patients above 18 years old 2-Patients able to read and sign the informed consent document illiterate patient will be avoided 3- Medically free patients or with controlled systemic disease that will be checked through past medical history part in the diagnostic chart 4- Patients with bone quality D2 or D3 5-Patients with bone quantity a minimum of 6mm bucco-lingual, that will be evaluated using CBCT and panoramic radiographs. 6- Cooperative Patients. 7. The missing the tooth to be restored should be bounded by intact natural teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Young patients in growth stage 2. Patients with unsuitable implantation sites (patients with major boney defects Type 2 or Type 3 due to accidents or sever bone resorption) 3- There should be a 2mm of bone from any vital structures. 4. Pregnant women. 5. Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease (hypertensive patient or uncontrolled diabetic patient) 6. Psychiatric problems or unrealistic expectations.
