Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients included were diagnosed to have a urodynamic stress urinary incontinence and positive cough stress test, with or without associated genital prolapse (Grade one only).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Exclusion criteria: Women with over-active bladder, age is less than 25 or more than 35, normal vaginal delivery > 3, BMI > 30 kg /m2, Patient undergo previous surgical procedures for treatment of SUI, Pelvic organ prolapse > grade two
