Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients found to have scarred Calt's triangle during laparocopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient unfit for surgery, cirrhotic patient and patient who had adhesion made the dissection difficult but Calt's wasn't scarred
