Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 15 - 40 years. Body Mass Index <30 kg/m2. American Society of Anesthesiology: I-II patients. No other fractures. Site of fracture: Leg
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients with psychiatric diseases. American Society of Anesthesiology more than II . Opioid agonist or agonist/antagonist administration in the preceding 6 h (or within 1 h if given intravenously). Obesity (Body Mass Index > 30 kg/m2). History of bleeding tendency, cardiac ,respiratory, hepatic diseases and/or renal failures . Any contraindications to neuraxial block as infection at site of blockade, uncooperative patients, abnormal positions during operation. Multiple fractures.
