Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-aged between 18- 30 years, 2- non-obese (BMI ¿ 30) , 3-belonging to ASA grade I or II and undergoing elective or emergency CS under SAB will be enrolled into the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-contraindications to regional anesthesia, 2-history of migraine, 3-chronic headache, 4- psychiatric illness or neurological dysfunction; and5- patients requiring more than three attempts for lumbar puncture.
