Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age greater than or equal to 18 years No change in antiretroviral regimen in the previous year Virally suppressed for at least 12 months (patients are considered virogically suppressed if their two most recent viral load results were less than 400 copies/ml, with no more than one result between 50 and 400 copies.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Currently on D4T containing regimen Currently pregnant, or intending to become pregnant within 6 months at the formation of the club Current comorbidity or chronic illness (diabetes, epilepsy, active TB, cancer, mental illness, or other disease which requires routine and frequent clinical management). Hypertension which requires treatment with on more than one antihypertensive drug
