Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All children with incomplete cleft palate. 2- 6 years old. ASA I.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any family history with allergy to dexamethasone or magnesium. Any neurological disease. Any psychological problems. Disagreement of parents.
