Inclusion criteria: School children between 6 - 19 years of age Children agree to participate in the study Parents give a written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of being clinically ill and used drug within a period of two weeks before the study Refusal of parents to sign a written informed consent Evidence of being sick during the time of recruitment
