Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patient diagnosed as chronic mechanical neck pain. -diagnostic intervention including x Ray. -signs and symptoms must last more than 3 months. -patients will randomized into 3 groups. -randomization by sealed envelop. -Patient with joint position error.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -previous Tumers. -any Disc lesions. -any facet joint disease. -common contra indications as joint hyper laxity. -acute infection.
