Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-70 2. Patient with an edentulous site in anterior maxilla 3. Ridge width of 9mm at the edentulous site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers 2. Systemic disease that contraindicates implant placement or surgical procedures. 3. No or poor patient¿s compliance 4. History of radio or chemo-therapy 5. Psychological problems 6. Pathology at the site of intervention 7. Pregnancy 8. Insufficient crown height space or mesio-distal dimension that contradict the placement of a dental implant.
