Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult cirrhotic patients undergoing liver resection. - American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class I-II. - Child Pugh classification "A and early B"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with severe cardiovascular disease. - History of bronchial asthma. - Drug allergy to NAC.
