Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II age 18-40 elective knee arthroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on chronic use of NSAID,opiates, calcium channel blockers, corticosteroids, tricyclic antidepressant. Patients with psychiatric disorders. History of gastric or duodenal ulcers. Hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, consumption of analgesics within 24 h of surgery. patients with liver or renal disease. Hypersensitivity to local anaesthesia.
