Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children suffering from medically resistant epilepsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to fish oil. Any bleeding disorders. Children treated with Warfarin for 30 days or less prior to enrollment. Children taking aspirin daily Children who enrolled any change in antiepileptic drugs for 30 days or less prior to enrollment of the trial.
