Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women with PCOS who were resistant to clomiphene citrate treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with adrenal hyperplasia, thyroid disease, Cushing¿s syndrome, hyper-prolactinemia and a tumour-related excess of androgen were excluded from the study.
