Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed HIV infection On a stable HAART regimen ¿ 6 months ¿3 month history of pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PLWHA who have any mental incapacity(defined as an inability to comprehend basic questions or information given about the study during recruitment) Non-ambulatory patients or those who do not fulfill American College of Sports Medicine Health/Fitness Facility Pre-participation Screening Questionnaire criteria
