Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult living donor liver transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamic instability Respiratory instability: pulse oxygen saturation 35/min) or respiratory weakness during pressure-support ventilation. High level of inspired oxygen required an FiO2 > 80% to obtain a pulse oxygen saturation > 90% . Patients in Hypermetabolic states.,diabetic ketoacidosis,andrenal failure(need high bicarb load) Patients on high carbohydrate load
