Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children attending the hospital emergency room AGE 6 months 10 years blood glucose value below 2.2 mmol / l blood glucose value below 4.4 mmol / l family informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: required intravenous infusions shock, acidosis, transfusion, coma stade 0 Blantyre
