Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All subjects living in a treatment villages can benefit from the presence of the CHP. However, for inclusion in the survey, a household must have at least one child under 5 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria regarding the household surverys is the following: no children under 5 years of age.
