Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include HIV positive women who are:- Undergoing care at MUJHU and MJAP clinics Wanting to prevent pregnancy Willing to be followed up Sexually active

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study will exclude HIV positive women who will be:- Unable to give informed consent, Have active PID. Has purulent or foul smelling cervico-vaginal discharge Has a history of STI within three months prior to the study. Has AIDS but not yet started on antiretroviral drugs Pregnant women
