Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 15 to 49 years of age and in the third trimester of pregnancy at the time of recruitment, able to be interviewed in Amharic, and residing in the Butajira demographic surveillance site.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe mental illness.
