Inclusion criteria: -age above 18 years - clinically stable -patint should be on Tenofovir + Emtricytobin+ Lopinavir/ritonavir. -patient that consented.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Less than 18 year -patient on other ARV regimen -patient that refuse to consent.
