Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult male patients suffering from moderate to severe urinary outlet obstruction due to benign prostatic hyperplasia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any contraindication to regional aneshtesia, sepsis, coagulopathy
