Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For patients: any patients receiving TB treatment at selected public sector clinics in eThekwini or Uthungulu districts For clinics: Any clinics in the above districts with cure rates between 40% and 70%, and case load of TB patients between 20 and 150 per quarter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with MDR TB or XDR TB will not receive the voucher.
