16 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthcare professional: - Is using or wants to implement ambient scribing.Patients: - Is consulting one of the participating healthcare providers. - Is 16 years and older or is accompanied by at least one parent when younger than 16 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthcare providers, policy makers, vendors, super-users, quitters, non-starters: - Insufficient knowledge of the Dutch language to fill in a questionnaire or to be interviewed.
