Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years and scheduled for standard-of-care fresh OCA transplantation of the knee.Willing and able to comply with the extra blood tube at baseline, and blood sampling schedule at 3-month, and 12-month follow-up.Signed written informed consent for participation in the research component of the standard-of-care treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medical contraindications for blood sampling, such as severe anemia, coagulopathy, or other conditions that make phlebotomy unsafe.Acute systemic infection or inflammatory condition at the time of scheduled blood sampling, which could compromise baseline or follow-up HLA-antibody measurements.
