Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 40 and 65 yearsResident of Netherlands Limburg, with the intention to remain there for at least one yearAble to wear a wrist-worn wearable for at least 10 hours per day during waking hoursOwn a smartphone and have a valid email addressAdequate proficiency in Dutch, defined as the ability to read, understand, and ask questionsNot pregnant and no plans to become pregnant within the next year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants outside the age range of 40 to 65 yearsIndividuals not residing in Netherlands Limburg, or not planning to stay for at least one yearParticipants unable to wear a wrist-worn wearable for 10 hours per day Participants without a smartphone or valid email address Participants who cannot read, understand, and ask questions in DutchPregnant individuals or those planning pregnancy within a year
