Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years or older Referred for elective ICA based on recent (< 4 months) CCTA results

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability/unwillingness to provide written informed consent, to comply with the protocol requirements, or deemed by investigator to be unfit for the study.  Unstable condition, such as  Acute Coronary Syndrome based on elevated/rising troponin and/or electrocardiogram characteristics  Hemodynamic instability  CCTA indicating high-risk stenosis with significant left main (LM) disease. Non-diagnostic quality of any greater epicardial vessel on CCTA.  Previous revascularisation using CABG  ICA/PCI performed by a cardiology fellow Any other treatment or clinically relevant condition that could interfere with the conduct or interpretation of the study in the opinion of the investigator
