Muscle damage, soreness and fatigue muscle injuiry, aches and tiredness

Interventions
Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The control group will receive no supplement. The intervention group will receive an 
omega-3 supplement containing 1 g of omega-3 fatty acids. This omega-3 supplement will be consumed for three weeks prior to and during the Nijmegen Four Days Marches.

Age
18 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18 years or olderRegistered for the Nijmegen Four Days Marches (i.e., able to walk 30-50 km on consecutive days)Able to understand and perform the study procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current use of omega-3 supplements (e.g. fish oil or algae oil)Allergic or sensitive for algae products (source of omega-3).
