Age
12 Years to 99 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Critically ill patients arriving at the Emergency Department for whom a critical care team was activated.Use of the live video and audio connection between the ambulance and the Emergency Department during prehospital handover.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases in which the live video and audio connection did not function adequately to allow a comprehensive assessment of the perceived benefits and clinical implications of the system.Lack of consent for the use or publication of patient data
