Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In order to be eligible to participate in this study, a subject must meet all of the following criteria: • Patients experiencing a CICO situation and for whom an emergency airway was  established. • Available ambulance report form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A potential subject who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in  this study: • Emergency airway established by Helicopter Emergency Medical Services • Minors younger than 16 years

Measure	Time frame
ith utilization of regional ambulance services databases, patient who experienced an emergency frontof-neck access will be identified. Success rates of different techniques will be calculated and factors  contributing to success and failure will be identified.	—
