Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In order to be eligible to participate in this study, a participant must meet all of the following criteria:Aged 18 years and olderClinical patients scheduled for discharge on vancomycin Able to understand written information and able to provide informed consentAble and willing to conduct self-collection with the TASSO+ deviceWilling and able to bring the study materials to the postboxAble and willing to fill in study questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A potential participant who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study:Unable to draw blood samples for study purposesPatients with a coagulation disorderAllergies to stainless steelPregnant or lactating women
