Inclusion criteria: Adults between 18–75 years of age Healthy volunteer Able to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants cannot use any medication other than oral anti contraceptives, over-the-counter medication, prescribed medication for hypertension and hypercholesterolemia Adults who smoke cannot participate
