18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A subject is eligible to participate in this study if all of the following criteria are met:Age between 18 and 60 yearsAbility to understand the study procedures and provide written informed consentGeneral good health based on medical history and screening questionnaireWillingness to undergo a single venous blood draw of 157 ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A subject will be excluded from participation if any of the following criteria apply:Age <18 years or >60 yearsPregnancy or breastfeedingKnown anemia, hematological disorder, or bleeding disorderUse of anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicationActive infection or fever at the time of blood donationKnown history of severe vasovagal reactions to blood samplingAny medical condition that, in the opinion of the investigator, may increase the risk of participation or interfere with study procedures

Quantitative concentration and time-dependent release profiles of predefined growth factors and cytokines from PRP-loaded ECM hydrogel, measured by multiplex immunoassay (Luminex).
