Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults (18-60 years)No known cardiovascular or pulmonary diseaseFit for hypobaric exposure per facility medical screening (center for man in aviation)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Respiratory disease, anemia, cardiac arrhythmiasPregnancyRecent altitude illnessAny contraindication to hypoxia exposure

Continuous recording during entire run: PCARDIO device: SpO2, pulse rate, raw PPG, signal Quality Index (if available), activity Montitoring  Nonin: SpO2, pulse rate

MeasureTime frame
The start and end timestamps of each plateau, including stabilization, analysis, and motion segments, shall be  clearly marked and logged to ensure precise temporal alignment across all recorded systems
