Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 16 years or olderHypergranulating pilonidal sinus wound treated with gauze debridement and Terra-Cortril

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Younger than 16 years

Measure	Time frame
The primary outcome is succesful wound healing, defined as the moment at which the wound is completely closed without signs of infection or hypergranulation.	—

Measure	Time frame
Secondary outcomes are recurrence, secondary infections, and the eventual performance of an alternative (surgical) treatment.	—
