Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chronic primary pain of the musculoskeletal type with an elevated pain score (Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) – highest daily pain score = 6 and a modal pain score = 4)Patients with pain and related reduced ability to participate in activities and psychosocial problems leading to at least moderate impact on (experienced) functioning. Corresponding with WPN-level 3-4
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: An acute condition of psychosis, bipolar disorder, or acute suicidal riskProgressive or unstable physical disease
