Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age <17 wks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <18 years old and not proficiant Dutch language.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome measure is the percentage of participants who meet =150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week after 10 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome measures are: the number of minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week, the level of sports participation, changes in physical activity behavior, and quality of life, measured using a Likert scale.
