Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or older who have previously undergone sleeve gastrectomy and are considered candidates for revisional surgery due to insufficient weight loss or weight regain (suboptimal clinical response) are eligible for the study. Eligible patients must have adequate proficiency in Dutch or English and be able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with impaired mental capacity, contraindications to general anesthesia, prior open abdominal surgery, or a hiatal hernia are excluded.
