18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In order to be eligible to participate in this study, a participant must meet all the following criteria:Participants should be in the age range of 18 - 65 years oldThe participant must be legally competent to give permission to participate in a study. This will be assessed by the researcher based on professional, clinical judgment and carefully observing the participants’ comprehension of the provided information.The participant has shown an initial positive attitude towards the RG intervention after being informed by their own mental health professional. The participant has a history of showing ASB. This will be based on the casemanager’s professional clinical judgement to determine whether ASB is present. This is based on the criteria informed by the taxonomy of Burt et al. (2012). These criteria are: Social aggression: ostracising others, making fun of others, etc.Rule-breaking: stealing, being fired or expelled from school for misconduct, etc.Physical aggression: (threatening to) inflict pain, getting angry easily, etc.Information leaflets will be made available to the mental health professionals with detailed descriptions of those behaviors which the professionals can score on a three-point scale (0 not at all to 2 very often) based on knowledge of the past year. When a patient has a total sum of two or higher across the scales, they can be included in the study based on their ASB. Elements of this ASB must be presented by a patient during the past year, but not only during acute psychiatric episodes or while intoxicated.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A potential participant who meets any of the following criteria will be excluded from participation in this study:The participant is unable to read and understand the Dutch participant information letter.The participant does not own a smartphone that can run the mobile m-Path application (Android & iOS compatible).
