Inclusion criteria: 18 years and olderBe able to read, understand and give informed consentDiagnosis of MM Indication for leukapheresis for CAR T-cell production 

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not being able to give informed consentA lymphocyte count of < 0.5 x 10^9/L
