Interventions

Telestroke consultation: live video/audio link between ambulance professional and stroke neurologist for real-time clinical decision support.

18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years. Stroke code activation by ambulance professional during office hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Planned transport to non-participating hospital.

Proportion of unnecessary stroke code activations (defined as stroke code leading to team activation/CT preparation but final diagnosis showing no stroke or no indication for immediate neurointervention).	—
