Age
18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients =18 years with acute ischemic stroke; diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus; treatment with EVT <24h after symptom onset

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypotension, dialysis or eGFR < 15; drugs interfering with CGM accuracy; skin infection at sensor site; pregnancy; relevant pancreatic disease; systemic corticosteroids > 5 mg; expected ICU admission.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Percentage of time with glucose levels above 10 mmol/L (time above range), as measured by the CGM.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes include other glucose parameters, in-hospital complications, and functional and neurological outcomes.
