Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged =18 years; With a first-ever or recurrent stroke; Admitted for a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation program;Able to walk independently (judged by their physician);Activity level : less than 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activities per week and/or >8 hours per day of sedentary behaviour.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient is unable to speak, read and/or understand Dutch to complete questionnaires and engage with the blended intervention due to cognitive impairments, aphasia or a language barrier as judged by the physician;Severe comorbidities that prevent that person from safely reducing and interrupting their sedentary time and enhance moderate intensity physical activities (e.g. sever pulmonary diseases, heart failure or malignancies) as judged by the physicianNo mobile phone= 60 min of moderate physical activities every day of the week which compensates for being sedentary
