Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The main study parameters are brain network dynamics measured by mw-fMRI, cognitive performance quantified by extensively validated tests, and the impact on daily life determined by ecological sampling. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The secondary objectives explore how naturalistic measurements in people with multiple sclerosis (PwMS) relate to laboratory-based assessments. This includes: investigating the added value of mw-fMRI compared with rs-fMRI and establishing how fluctuations in mood, stress, and affect in daily life compare to questionnaires. | — |
