Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Moderate to severe gambling disorder (>5 DMS-5 criteria)A wish to stop gamblingAt least one failed treatment attempt
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Psychiatric comorbidity that interferes with treatment, e.g. psychosis, acute suicidality, intellectual disability, cognitive disordersTMS contraindications, e.g. seizure disorders or epilepsy, serious head trauma or brain surgery, large or ferromagnetic parts in the head (except dental wire), implanted neurostimulator, pregnancyImplanted metal objects (MRI contraindication)Previous treatment with rTMS
