Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Observational group: - Diagnosis PD - Score van = 19 of the MOCA of RUDAS Control group: - age- and sex matched healthy controls
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Observational group: - People with atypical forms of parkinsonism, such as Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) - Treated in the past with chemotherapy or radiation therapy in the head and/or neck-region - Diabetes Mellitus or Sjogren’s syndromeControl group: - Blood relatives with PD - Treated in the past with chemotherapy or radiation therapy in the head and/or neck-region - Diabetes Mellitus or Sjogren’s syndrome
