Age
18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients must meet the following criteria for study participation: - Adult age (at least 18 years or older) at baseline - Part 1: Suspected allergy based on a suggestive history of food allergy, with symptoms occurring within 2 hours of ingestion - Part 2: Suspected legume allergy based on a suggestive history, with symptoms occurring within 2 hours of ingestion of the legume, and with a positive IgE test for at least 1 legume in a skin prick test (= 3 mm) or blood test (= 0.10 kUa/L) - Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria: part 1 and 2:Not proficient in DutchPart 2:Pregnancy or breastfeedingCardiovasculaire aandoeningen die een contra-indicatie zijn voor een voedselprovocatieSevere uncontrolled asthmaUnable to discontinue antihistamines before the food challenge or home introductionUnable to discontinue beta-blockers

Part 1: - Changes in specific IgE profiles over time, measured with, for example, the ALEX2/FOX. - Association between diet and sensitization to food allergens.Part 2: -Frequency of co-sensitization and cross-reactivity to various legumes, measured with sIgE tests such as skin tests, sIgE in blood, basophil activation test (BAT), Western blot, and inhibition studies.-Frequency of clinically relevant (co-)sensitization to various legumes, measured using food challenge tests and home introductions.
